Integra Primary Care exists because its founders spent years watching primary care get squeezed. Visit lengths shrank, patients bounced between providers who had never met them, and administrative demands crowded out actual medicine. Three internists decided to build the alternative themselves: a small, physician-owned practice where continuity is the point, not a casualty.
Our aim is to keep you well, not merely to treat you when you are not. That means catching problems early, explaining our reasoning so you can weigh options for yourself, and considering the parts of your life that drive health outcomes — sleep, stress, work, family, food — alongside your labs. We practice evidence-based medicine and we are candid when the evidence is uncertain.
Two things set us apart, and both are simple. First, you see a physician — an experienced, board-certified internist — and generally the same one each time. Second, we think rather than pattern-match: we take a real history, examine you, and reason through the differential instead of routing you down a protocol. Labs & testing
Routine blood draws are arranged at your visit. Some testing is done on site; other specimens are sent to a partner laboratory, and results post to your patient portal.
Our physicians speak English, Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi — so care can be delivered in the language you’re most comfortable with.
We are an adult primary care practice, ages 18 and over. For patients under 18, we’re glad to recommend a pediatric practice nearby.
Routine blood draws are performed here at the office. Imaging and specialized testing are arranged with nearby facilities, and results are reviewed with you.
We’re accepting new patients — MassHealth, Medicare, and major insurance welcome.
