A yearly physical is the single most useful appointment most adults will have. At Integra Primary Care our board-certified internists use that visit to establish your baseline — vitals, labs, and a full review of medications, family history, and lifestyle — then translate the findings into a plan you can actually follow. Screening intervals are matched to your age and personal risk rather than a generic checklist, so conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease can be caught while they are still easy to treat. For more information, contact us or schedule an appointment online. We are conveniently located at 95 Washington St, Ste 204 B, Canton, MA 02021.

Most healthy adults benefit from a yearly visit. If you manage a chronic condition or take medications requiring monitoring, we may see you more often. We’ll set an interval that fits your situation rather than a generic rule.
We review your history and medications, check vitals, perform a physical exam, order age- and risk-appropriate labs, update vaccinations, and discuss lifestyle. You’ll leave with a clear plan and a copy of what we found.
If we plan to check cholesterol or blood sugar, fasting 8–12 hours gives cleaner results. Call ahead and we’ll tell you whether it applies to your visit.
Most plans cover one preventive visit per year at no cost. If we also address a new problem or manage an existing condition during the same visit, that portion may be billed separately — we’ll tell you when that happens.

If we’re checking cholesterol or glucose, fasting 8–12 hours is usually preferred. We’ll tell you when you schedule. Water and most medications are fine.

A physical focuses on the clinical examination and screening. A wellness visit is broader, covering sleep, stress, nutrition, and goal-setting. Many patients benefit from both.
We’re accepting new patients — MassHealth, Medicare, and major insurance welcome.
